1.1. This Disclaimer governs your access to and use of all content, tools, and offerings provided by Higher Timeline, including but not limited to our website(s), emails, newsletters, quizzes and archetypes, downloadable guides, journaling prompts, audios/videos, group calls, workshops, communities, live or recorded sessions, and any bonuses or free gifts (collectively, the “Materials”).
1.2. The Materials are provided for educational, informational, and self-development purposes only.
1.3. No Professional Relationship. Use of the Materials never creates a doctor–patient or therapist–client relationship. Higher Timeline does not provide licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric services.
1.4. A coach–client or practitioner–client relationship is created only when you purchase a paid service or program and agree to the Offer-Specific Terms applicable to that purchase.
2.1. Higher Timeline is not a licensed medical, psychological, or psychiatric provider. Our services are offered as complementary and alternative therapies practices designed to support emotional and mental wellbeing. These services do not include medical or psychiatric diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for licensed healthcare.
2.2. The Materials do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, or other regulated professional advice and must not be relied upon as such.
2.3. You should consult appropriately licensed professionals for advice concerning your circumstances. If you believe you may have a medical or mental-health condition, seek qualified care promptly. In emergencies, call 911 or your local emergency number.
3.1. Higher Timeline may offer or reference non-licensed, complementary approaches including, without limitation: quantum/energy-based practices; hypnosis and guided visualization; Beyond/Quantum Healing approaches; EFT/tapping; NLP techniques; CBT-style coaching tools; meditation; breath and relaxation work; spiritual guidance; and integrative self-awareness practices (collectively, “Complementary Modalities”).
3.2. Complementary Modalities are intended to support self-awareness and personal growth. They are not substitutes for licensed healthcare or therapy and are not guaranteed interventions.
4.1. You acknowledge that all healing is self-healing and that results vary by individual.
4.2. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and apply the Materials and for any actions you take or do not take based on them.
5.1. Higher Timeline makes no guarantees of outcomes or results.
5.2. Any stories, examples, or testimonials reflect individual experiences and are not predictive of your personal results.
6.1. Accessing free Materials (including but not limited to quizzes, archetypes, guides, prompts, emails, videos, guidebooks, coaching and healing tools, etc.) does not create any client-practitioner relationship.
6.2. A coach–client or practitioner–client relationship exists only when you purchase a paid service or program and assent to the applicable Offer-Specific Terms presented at or before checkout.
6.3. Higher Timeline does not provide licensed healthcare, psychotherapy, or any other licensed services.
7.1. Certain practices (e.g., hypnosis, deep relaxation, breath practices, energy work, NLP, EFT Tapping, ETC.) may be unsuitable for some individuals (including, without limitation, those with seizure disorders, active psychosis, severe dissociative conditions, health issues, heart conditions, other conditions under clinical management, ETC.) and it is up to the client to clear any concerns with their general health care provider before trying anything new.
7.2. You agree to use the Materials responsibly, discontinue any practice that causes distress, and consult appropriate licensed providers as needed.
8.1. Group calls, workshops, and community spaces are educational spaces, not therapy groups. While respect and privacy are required upon joining agreement, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings; share at your discretion, especially personal information which is never recommended.
8.2. Sessions or events may be recorded only with express notice and consent. The scope of any recording, storage (e.g., program vault access), and potential educational/marketing use (if applicable) will be described in the relevant Offer-Specific Terms or release. You may decline where an opt-out is offered.
8.3. Higher Timeline takes reasonable steps to safeguard digital communications; however, no electronic system is guaranteed secure, and unauthorized access (e.g., hacking or phishing) can occur on any digital platform.
8.4. Networking and Relationships. Group spaces are designed to encourage connection, networking, and the development of supportive relationships among participants. However, any decision to interact with, befriend, or engage in personal or professional relationships with other participants is made at your own sole discretion and risk. Higher Timeline does not conduct background checks or screen participants, and we are not responsible for the conduct of participants or for any outcomes of relationships that you may choose to create. By participating in group spaces, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your interactions with other members.
9.1. Emails, digital lessons, videos, social media content, and downloadable tools are educational. Email delivery filters (e.g., Promotions/Other) may apply.
9.2. Do not rely on email for urgent or crisis needs; use emergency services or contact a licensed provider.
10.1. All Materials are owned by Higher Timeline or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
10.2. Subject to your compliance with applicable terms, Higher Timeline grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Materials for your personal, individual use.
10.3. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, create derivative works from, teach from, resell, or otherwise exploit the Materials without our prior written consent.
10.4. Social Media Content. Content shared by Higher Timeline on social media platforms (including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, or any other online platform) is part of the Materials and is protected by copyright. You may view, share, or repost our public social media content only in its original, unaltered form and with clear attribution. You may not copy, edit, misrepresent, or commercially exploit our social media content without written permission.
11.1. Materials and services are intended for adults (18+). Any exception requires documented parental/guardian consent and, where appropriate, written clearance from a licensed provider.
12.1. References or links to third-party resources are provided for convenience only and do not constitute endorsement.
12.2. Where Higher Timeline has a material connection (e.g., affiliate links), we will disclose it in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer-protection rules.
13.1. Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
13.2. Unless expressly agreed in a separate written agreement, Higher Timeline is not a HIPAA-covered entity; communications with us are not protected by HIPAA. We nevertheless treat your information with care as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
14.1. The Materials are not directed to any jurisdiction where their distribution or use would be unlawful. You are responsible for compliance with local laws, including any restrictions applicable to Complementary Modalities.
15.1. By accessing our site, joining our email list, using free or paid Materials, participating in any offering, or otherwise interacting with Higher Timeline, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
15.2. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Materials.
16.1. Higher Timeline may update or modify this Disclaimer at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Materials after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Disclaimer.

18.5. No Endorsement. Sharing or referencing third-party content does not constitute endorsement or sponsorship by Higher Timeline, unless explicitly stated.
18.6. Responsibility. By interacting with our content on social media platforms, you acknowledge that such platforms are third-party services outside of our control and are governed by their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies. Higher Timeline is not responsible for platform outages, data breaches, or any consequences of your use of third-party platforms.
19.1. Training & Certification. Higher Timeline practitioners may be trained or certified in certain third-party modalities, techniques, or practices (collectively, “Third-Party Modalities”). References to such modalities are made solely in the capacity of a trained practitioner for the purposes of education, information, and the delivery of services.
19.2. No Ownership or Creation Claim. Higher Timeline does not claim to be the creator, owner, or exclusive rights holder of any Third-Party Modality. All such modalities, and any names, trademarks, or copyrighted works associated with them, remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
19.3. Educational Use. Any references to the names of Third-Party Modalities are made for descriptive and educational purposes only and do not imply endorsement, sponsorship, affiliation, or ownership.
